Earlier this week, Judge Catherine Perry denied the request for a preliminary injunction against the release of Hangover 2 over a copyright claim related to a tattoo. What does that mean and why is this a huge problem for Warner Brothers?

Foster also testified that Tyson had previously attempted to sexually assault her too, having "lured her to his hotel room, tried to touch her, and then exposed himself". Further testimony came from the emergency room physician, Dr. Thomas Richardson, who examined Washington after the incident and confirmed that Washington's physical condition was consistent with rape. Richardson testified that Washington had suffered "two small vaginal abrasions, consistent with 20 to 30 percent of the injuries seen in sexual assault cases", and that in approximately 20,000 cases over a period of 20 years, "only twice had he ever seen such abrasions following consensual sex."

The boxing star also admitted to being wasted when he got the tattoo on the same podcast. "I think I was on cocaine at the time," he said "I am drinking and I was fucking wanted to get a badass tattoo. Some mean shit on my face." Well, he certainly achieved his goal.

Tyson frequently ran into trouble with police over his petty criminal activities, and by age 13, he had been arrested more than 30 times.
